    Nicholas Cerra, a retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major, now serves as CACI SOFETOPS, Senior Intelligence Analyst and Lead at Ft. Liberty, NC. With over 23 years in special operations and intelligence, Nicholas has vast experience from his time with the U.S. Army Special Operations Command and various deployments across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. His last military role involved leading intelligence training and support initiatives at Ft. Liberty, NC, contributing to operations in over 20 countries and earning multiple accolades for his service. Currently, Nicholas advises the 1st Special Forces Command, holding degrees from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He resides in Fayetteville, NC, with his wife Cynthia and their three children.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Kevin Sullivan is a retired U.S. Army Intelligence Sergeant Major with over 20 years in Special Operations, specializing in intelligence analysis and advisory roles. His career spanned from Korea and Iraq to leadership positions within Special Mission Units focused on counter-terrorism. Post-military, Kevin transitioned to the defense sector, applying his expertise to develop business intelligence solutions and serve as a senior advisor for a Defense Agency. In 2023, he became a master trainer with an International Defense Contracting firm, enhancing foreign allies' intelligence capabilities for counterterrorism efforts. Kevin's experience covers technical intelligence collection and leading diverse teams to address complex global security challenges.

  • Anders Corr

    Chief Research Officer

    Anders Corr has a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from Yale University (2001) and a Ph.D. in Government from Harvard University (2008). He is the Principal of Corr Analytics Inc., and the Publisher of the Journal of Political Risk. His books include The Concentration of Power: Institutionalization, Hierarchy & Hegemony (Optimum Publishing International, 2021), No Trespassing: Squatting, Rent Strikes and Land Struggles Worldwide (South End Press, 1999), and (editor) Great Powers, Grand Strategies: The New Game in the South China Sea (U.S. Naval Institute Press, 2018). Dr. Corr has conducted quantitative analysis and simulation for the U.S. Pacific Command, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and NATO. He has researched China, Russia, Romania, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Brunei, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Israel and Palestine for private clients. He led the U.S. Army Social Science Research and Analysis group in Afghanistan, which oversaw 600 Afghan contract employees on 44 survey projects, and conducted quantitative predictive analysis of insurgent attacks.

My diverse background and experience enables me to offer a variety of expertise extending to product innovation, intelligence operations, customer-centric approaches, risk management, and data-driven analytics to deliver high-quality solutions that align with our clients needs. I’m a distinguished graduate with a B.S. in Intelligence Applications from American Military University and member of the National Society of Leadership and Success organization. Certified in multiple intelligence disciplines to include geospatial analytics, Electronic Warfare (EW) applications, and airborne reconnaissance. I exited my government service as Senior Strategy Advisor within US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) and operated as a lead intelligence advisor for senior military leadership, providing innovative solutions for high-impact, time-sensitive requirements.
